Come serve with us at GPC!

At GPC we love to find ways to serve in our community and around the world and we would love to have you join us. Below are some opportunities for serving in 2026 that we are very excited about.

Monthly Community Meal - In partnership with the Factory Ministries, GPC will be hosting a free community meal on the second Tuesday of each month beginning in January. We are looking for volunteers to help invest in this ministry to our community. We would love to have 12 food prep volunteers (not everyone would need to be on every month) as well as individuals or families who would like to serve as hosts for the evening, about 3-4 people per night. Hosts would mingle throughout the group and have the opportunity to welcome people to the meal and talk with them.

Bingo at the Factory Ministries- Bingo is held at the Factory on the 4th Thursday of each month from 1:00-3:00 pm. We are looking for 4-6 volunteers for Bingo to help from approximately 12:45-3:15. Volunteers would help set up the snack table (food is provided), set up the prize table and help to call Bingo. Many Factory participants struggle with loneliness, and really enjoy connecting with people at Bingo. This would be a great opportunity to build relationships in our community.

Front Porch -Grace Point Front Porch aims to provide a consistent relational environment for those who may not identify with a local church to discuss matters of faith. Front Porch will be offered on the fourth Thursday from 12:00-1:00 pm at the Factory Ministries. We are going to be meeting just before Bingo since there are already many community members who come out to attend Bingo each month. We are looking for 2-3 volunteers who would be able to consistently attend and help build relationships with our community.

Senegal Trip - March 1-15, 2026. We are looking to take a team of 4-6 men to help Matt Walsh with well drilling in Senegal. Men would need to be physically able to lift heavy things, be out in the sun all day and willing to “camp out” at the drill site. We will provide cots and mosquito nets and other necessities. We’ve had drillers out in their teens up through their 60’s but it depends on the energy level of the person. With enough people, we can work in shifts to get a break. We have to lift heavy drill rods (2-3 people) back and forth, move PVC pipe, shovel dirt and mud and lots of other little jobs. No experience needed.  We’ll teach you everything that you need to know on site. Please let us know if you are interested by November 9.
